Ceremony In Our Home
These are intimate and emergent gatherings of up to four guests, inside a 4.5-hour holding. A field of deep presence, ground, intentionality, heart, and safety is established. Inside this uniquely and perfectly formed constellation of guests, you are with your stated intention and in your individual practice.
You connect with self, the medicine, the group, the field, and the guidance of the two of us.
The invitation is to broaden awareness to include all these dimensions simultaneously, while in the "relational dance" of it all.
Attention and care centers on the balance between being and doing, seeing and feeling. Tapping into the intelligence of self, other, and field. Landing more wholly in Essence.
Creative expression and movement are welcome! We also invite engagement with each other, so long as it serves your intention and is in harmony with the field.
The Medicines
We engage with kanna and hapé. Contact us for information on the third and fourth medicines.

Beyond this, we welcome donations inspired by your experience.

Ceremony In The Winter Wilderness
These are 10-hour holdings, of up to three guests. We all meet at our home and drive together to a trailhead, typically 9000 feet or more above sea level. From there, we hike in silence, through the snow, into the deep holding of Nature.
Attuned to the field, we set up camp at a spot that calls us and will hold us well. We all gather wood as the fire and group circle is created. We speak our individual intentions and introduce the medicines, layering each one into ceremony as it unfolds.
We drop into Nature, fire, the elements. Experiencing the aliveness of being human while in relationship with one another. Through the grace of the medicine, we are invited to open into the interconnectedness of All. Exploring the immediate surrounding area is welcome.
Each guest is responsible for their own ending meal, hydration, and snacks. We do keep a tea kettle of hot water going on the open fire, should anyone want tea.
We recommend attire similar to what one would wear snow shoeing or skiing. Gaiters or boots that cover the calves are recommended to keep snow from dampening socks.
