Shakti Pot

A riff on “shaktipat”, the transmission of awakened energy from one to another. The vision: everyone in the room is transmitting shakti! The “pot” is our in-home modest musically-equipped container. Everyone is encouraged to bring instruments from their own stockpiles.

The explicit invitation is musical, vocal, somatic expression. Not as performance! As lucid unselfconsious energy. Your voice, your movement, whatever wants to come through.

Sally Kempton would say, “follow the Shakti” — that’s the big encouragement here.

Three hours. Max four guests (sometimes we squeeze in an extra). One round of a medicine that we’ve found is absolutely aligned for this.

Cost is $100.
